By accessing our website, purchasing a product, booking a service, or using our content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility

Products and Services
Postcards & Passageways offers digital products, downloadable guides, postcards, templates, educational content, travel and relocation information, Clarity Calls, other services, and physical merchandise.
We may modify, update, discontinue, or change our products, services, and prices at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, through Squarespace's payment platform.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
Postcards & Passageways does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card information.
Digital Products
Digital products are provided for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, publish, sublicense, commercially exploit, or make our digital products available to others without written permission from Postcards & Passageways.

Clarity Calls
Clarity Calls are informational and educational services.
All Clarity Call purchases are final and non-refundable.
Clarity Calls cannot be canceled for a refund.
One reschedule is permitted when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Failure to attend a scheduled Clarity Call without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment and payment.
Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be produced and fulfilled by third-party providers, including Printify and its fulfillment partners.
Product appearance, sizing, color, and placement may vary slightly from website images or mockups due to differences in manufacturing processes and display settings.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original content on the Postcards & Passageways website, including written content, guides, photographs, postcards, graphics, videos, branding, downloadable materials, and original designs, is owned by or licensed to Postcards & Passageways and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use our intellectual property except as permitted by these Terms, our License Policy, or written permission from Postcards & Passageways.
Informational Purposes
Our travel, relocation, visa, financial, medical, legal, real estate, and other information is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
